Terms of service
These terms cover your use of foundersocialclub.com and Founder Social Club, run by Founder Social, LLC, a Delaware company. By using the site or joining, you agree to them.
Membership
Membership is by application and we decide who joins. Paid membership is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renews until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
How we treat each other
- Give first. Be honest. Do not spam members, scrape the directory, or use intros to cold pitch people who did not ask.
- Keep what members share in confidence. Decks, raises and numbers stay in the room.
- No harassment, discrimination or anything illegal.
We can suspend or remove anyone who breaks these rules.
Partners and deals
Deals on the board come from independent companies. We check every partner before they are listed, but the product or service is theirs and your agreement for it is with them. Partner terms with FSC are set in a separate written agreement.
Investing
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities. Do your own diligence.
Your content
You own what you post. You give us permission to show it on the platform to the people you chose to share it with, and to use it to run FSC. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.
No guarantees
We work hard to make good intros and run great rooms, but we cannot promise outcomes: funding, customers, hires or anything else. The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

How we handle your data is in our privacy policy.
Changes and contact
